I used to walk every morning a mile or so around 4-5 am. One morning I was walking near the R.R. tracks and I saw a pack of wild dogs, Shepards, labradoors, mongrels big ones small ones maybe 5-6 in all. After that I started walking with my 9mm on my side. I really should start doing it again because I'm back up to 225 lbs or so. I just need motivation and thats hard to get early in the AM although I know once I get into the habit it becomes enjoyable after a week.

Good luck and once you get going you may find that you will end up pushing yourself more every day.

I run in the privacy of my own home on a treadmill. Its too hot here to run outside, I'd drop dead of a heat stroke.

If you can't run or jog the whole time try alternating jogging and walking.

Also when you run pretend like something is chasing you and wants to kill you, it could be like a serial killer or pack of wild dogs or anything. It will help with your endurance and speed if you keep doing it regularly.

I'd motivate you and I'm up early every single day.

If you do anything long enough it becomes habit. I like walking through the woods on nature trails. Dance and swimming is good exercise too. When you're puttering around your apartment play some tunes and shake that pretty ass.

escaped lion, tigers......

Yeah make believe this just happened.

Two lions, two tigers and a jaguar have escaped from a zoo in Lünebach in western Germany, police have said. Local authorities advised residents to stay inside their homes and call the police if they saw any of the five predators at large. A bear had also escaped from the privately owned Eifel zoo, but was shot, a spokesperson told AFP. German media report the animals were able to break out after flooding from a storm overnight. The zoo, which was established in 1965 with only dogs, donkeys and a wild boar, is home to nearly 400 animals and is visited by 70,000 people a year, its website says

Nevermind, they found them

I was inspired by a woman I met that says she bikes 4,000 miles annually.

I used to ride my bike all the damn time. Now I'm a fucking doughboy. I gotta get riding again.
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

Skipping is the most toning and emotionally-lifting exercise of all. It's impossible to go on a 3-mile skip without smiling all the way.
