King George III said the same thing initially when us colonists threw the Tea into the Boston Harbor.

Huh?
If you could just check your profile, you will see your name is not Mark.

Also, you seem to have taken an attack dog mode to me for a long time now, I haven't the faintest idea why. If you could let me know, I might be able to clear things up with you so we can connect better than we are doing now. We seem to be misunderstanding each other.

Um, I know my name isn't mark,    so when did I do a dance about bloody undies  hah

And by the way,  if you feel attacked,  that's on you  hah

It's hard to prove slander and defamation in a lot of cases.

But, I think Dominion has a very strong case against all of those who peddled bullshit about the company in order to justify sore loserism on the part of Donald Trump and his gullible/blind conspiracy theorist supporters and allies.

The evidence against the defaming peddlers is public and plentiful, the resulting damage to Dominion is easy to assess and prove, and there are dozens of court rulings (presided over by judges appointed by Republicans and Democrats alike) dismissing false claims of voter fraud and improprieties.

So, in my opinion, it's more likely that the 'Thinkers'  78  are attempting to minimize their potential legal/financial liability than expressing sincere sorrow.

The "evidence against the defaming peddlers" consists entirely of insufficient evidence to prove the allegations that were made, and the only way that evidence could have been obtained was by means of discovery in a trial, so the "bullshit" you're smelling might very well be your own partisan predjudice.

No Rothschild, the only partisan bullshit I’m smelling right now is yours.

Dominion threatened to sue because none of the allegations made against them by American Thinker and other outlets looking to justify President Trump’s claims that he really won the election but was a victim of ‘voter fraud’ were backed by any credible evidence whatsoever.

Rather, non-partisan and bi-partisan officials investigated Trump’s claims and deemed them meritless again and again.

Thus American Thinker’s apologies admitting that they published false information in ‘grave error’.

There’s no mystery or dispute for rational minds when a verifiied confession is rendered.

I don’t care if you want to argue the contrary, but that kinda nonsense doesn’t interest me so it won’t be me further addressing your argument.

It goes a long way in the scheme of things to be able to admit fault. Something more media sources refuse to do. In the long run they were right to say it. It keeps integrity at the forefront of things without censoring dissent.

In a corrupt society like ours, non-partisan and bi-partisan mean squat because corporate/government ethics is an oxymoron, so none of what you're claiming has any tangible significance. You *might* be right, but you're simply not in a position to know because there hasn't been a trial.
