I tried finding a movie tonight, a comedy, something on Netflix and ended up settling on a Minimalist documentary instead. Ugh. I want to escape reality!

take your pick

Arran Records

there are days of relaxing music available, all free.

The  Barleycorn live at the embankment recorded at the height of the troubles is exceptional, especially Rubber Bullets and Men Behind the Wire..

Thanks.
I settled on a movie, but watched a couple minutes of it and then got on line and put the movie on mute because it was too distracting!

So then I delved further into the rabbit hole of things I wish I didn't know existed. Here is me trying to take a break from the internet for a while.

The Mist was good. I've read most of Stephen king's books and I'd have to say that they always do a good job creating it into a movie.

Yesterday I watched 'Gerald's Game' on Netflix.  I read the book years and years ago on a business trip.  The movie version was pretty good.

Last time I went to the movies, there was a trailer for a remake of 'Pet Sematary' which is coming soon.  That was a really good book and I thought the original movie, which stuck to the book, was good too.

I'm gonna try to find 'The Mist' and give it a watch.  I never read that one.

My mom's here in AZ with us now.

We watched the Motley Crue story "The Dirt" on Netflix and the Queen/Freddie Mercury story "Bohemian Rhapsody" on Amazon Prime this week.

Both of them were really good movies, I thought, especially 'Bohemian Rhapsody".

Not sure if I will watch Bohemian, I am sure I will at some point. I would like to watch Pet Semetary.

I am watching Sabrina on Netflix and some others like Kims Convienience. Nothing significant. Waiting for Siren on Hulu and a bunch of others-Stranger Things etc etc.

I should be watching more stuff on my Netflix and Amazon Prime list. Instead I'm watching the Mission Impossible movies, Looper, Limitless, reading books, cooking, checking here, Facebook, and TK, and playing too much Candy Crush.

Currently watching Outlander. I highly recommend it.

Also re-watching IZombie, and The 100 and The IT crowd.

Tried watching Norsemen-but its attempts at comedy are not for me.

I also watched The Haunting at Bly Manor, it was okay. I thought I would stop after ep 1 but I kept on and it turned out ok.

Also watching Arrested Development for the first time. So funny. And watching Supernatural.

I checked out the Crown and GLOW for a while, and will get back to them eventually.

Yeah I'll get to Outlander someday. I need to get back to The 100 and Breaking Bad. I also want to watch The Umbrella Academy and Stranger Things. Probably should have watched some of those instead of Fast and the FuriousSmiley_emoticons_skeptischpy Racers.

That is all I did last week after work and I felt much better than when I get online and try to argue about shit.
