Yeah, the Biden boob grab pic is a fake (chop) and has been circulated around conservative sites as if it's real for years now.
I don't personally find the original photo that Rootilda posted to be creepy, but Biden really is a handsy guy and a close talker (towards both men and women), no doubt.
Even the women who came forward and said Biden's touching made them uncomfortable a few weeks back acknowledged that it was not sexual in nature. It's thus not comparable to Trump's creepy 'grab em by the pussy' boasting or the sexual touching allegations made against him by dozens of women.
Anyway, I'm not sold on Biden as the Democrats' best bet to beat Trump in 2020, nor on him being the best candidate to lead the country. But, my hesitation is not related to chopped pics or his handsy nature.

I'm not either and I like Uncle Joe a lot. I didn't want him to run a few years ago and I'm not crazy about him doing so now.

I don't find that pic ^ creepy either. But, 'creepy' is subjective.
It's creepy to me when people with whom I'm not romantically close touch my chest or ass (unless it's friends goofing around), or tell me I smell good, or get obsessed and refuse to be ignored / move on, etc.
People who brag explicitly about sexual 'conquests', sexual assault, and that kind of shit are really creepy to me as well.
As are men and women who talk romantically or sexually about their own children (or any children).

I worked in an office and there were always touchers, always men, that tried to play it off as just being friendly, disregarding the many women that would either tell them directly that it made them uncomfortable or that went to their supervisors to complain. So they considered their "friendliness" more important than the rights of the people's whose space they were invading. One guy literally would grind on his victims every morning when he insisted on a hug (once was enough for me, thanks) and another ended up finally getting fired when he refused to keep his hands off co-workers.
Family is one thing. This shit is something else entirely.
