I just finished reading Steven Hawkins "a brief history of time" and according to him we are one DNA strand of a flea on an elephants ass.

Did y'all know that the United States was added to the list of most dangerous countries for journalists? How 'bout that shit. It's pretty sucky that we're no better than those countries with dictatorships. How embarrassing and backwards this is.

That is pretty silly. In which way do you think they are dangerous for journalists in the same way that countries where dictatorships are? I want you to think out side of this talking point narrative. Is there any value in the list. Is it self reported? How comparable are they. Mexico has journalists murdered every week, How often are Journalists murdered every week? Obama DID used to jail reporters, Trump calls them names and says that they are fake news when they are being fake. But how is it dangerous for them. Do they FEEL threatened or have they BEEN harmed. Are they really in danger? There were fake bombs sent to some but then they were fake. There was a real fear there but just no actual threat.

Have you thought of ANY of this have you made any comparisons before making the bold claim "we're no better than those countries with dictatorships"

I am betting, no. No research, no critical thought at all. Hell, I have not invested any time in verifying anything and on its face I would suspect that USA is FAR better than countries with dictators and that the journalists are self-reporting their angst and are doing fine.

That's a good price.  I like ferns a lot, especially in bathrooms.

I was at Lowe's yesterday about  9:00 a.m. to pick up my mosquito and fly zapper; it wasn't crowded at all.

But, I think it depends on the area.  We've got an ACE, a Home Depot, and a Lowe's all fairly near each other here and Home Depot always looks the busiest.

One of the things I like about Gilbert is nothing is crowded on Sundays (except IHOP); everything was crowded on Sundays in SF. Gilbert is a heavily Mormon city, so a lot of people are busy with church in the morning and afternoon.

Ferns love the humidity in a bathroom. I can't keep one alive indoors to save my life but I don't have any problem outdoors. It sorta sucks to let the frost get them every fall, such a waste yet I continue to buy them every year. 78
