Trying this one out, I go to the managers special section I just found about last week, you gotta cook it now! But got cubed chuck roast for $2.90 a pound so used that instead of hamburger. Browned the meat with the onion and garlic instead of the way they instructed.

I also got some carne asada meat for $2.90 a pound, made some righteous burritos for lunch. The chili came out really good.

Omg

I love manager special meat. It is good in this town. Lots of meat pre-seasoned for tourist bbq's.

or food for the week?

Hell, I stayed an extra night in the mountains just so I wouldn't have to cook for myself! And it was worth it!

I don't know what that means, that is why I tried avoiding that comment.

I ate mostly vegetarian this week. Salmon one day.
One night I had baked zuchini with ricota cheese and a crunchy hazelnut topping. Oh my God it was so good. I don't think I could duplicate it.

Fast food for me now is pretty much Flamebroiler and authentic Mexican food. It'd been a few months since in n out...no mcdoubles, mcflurries or fries. Been making great home cooked meals, not sure I could do the veggie thing.

Vegetarian is great for rabbits. Not so much for humans

Say one thing about eating sone vegetarian dishes for a week, which really just meant lots of veggies from the local garden and people have to comment on how it isn't for humans.

I love eating vegetables, I just don't do it too often. I loved that after my brother's graduation from the 90 day program at the shelter, they had a platter of fresh fruits and vegetables. They also had wings, pizza, and deli meats, but I enjoyed the opportunity to eat some fruit and vegetables.

I could never be completely vegan because I like a good steak and seafood, but I can do a mostly vegetarian diet during the week with just beans and vegetables. I love lentils and black eyed peas, I could eat them everyday and not miss meat too much.

This sounds so good! Put the recipe in Mock's kitchen. Was it a lot of steps to prepare? I don't do well with a lot of steps to a recipe.   50
