baked Salmon in Hollandaise sauce
#1
I will try this
take salmon and put it on a tinfoil lined glass pan
get one of those Hollandaise sauce packages
set oven at 375 cook fish for 17-20 min
put fish and a layer of 12 the pan of sauce, sprinkle w/bread crumbs
put a can of mixed vegetables on the stove and heat
make the Au graten potatoes before the fish goes in but sprinkle w/extra sharp cheddar
time all this fish potates so they come out the same time
sprinkle some paprica on the fish
eat it all.
maybe give some away.

Get the Knorr hollandaise packet. Thats the best you are going to get next to making it from scratch and even then it will probably be better. Some things you just cant mess with and one of them would be Knorr hollandaise sauce.

Salmon is good
I like it prepared any way
There are some ways i prefer, but I love salmon. I don't eat it by myself often.

It's in a package. Usually next to all the other packaged gravies and sauces.

I like fish but it's pretty easy to fuck up by overcooking. Speaking only for myself!

I use one of those Knorr packets when I make spinach dip, not the Hollandaise of course.

Cooks were pretty smart 100 yrs ago, they made all that stuff from scratch and from memory.
