Best comedy ever?
#1
In light of the disagreement among a few of us about who is funny and who is not, let's see what the rest of you come up with.

Actors, plot, give us an idea for a good comedy!

Jamie Fox and Robin Williams and you just have Jamie Foxx from Any Given Sunday beating the living daylights out of Williams every time he goes on one of his nonsensical way overdone and now boring spastic rants. now that would be funny.

If Squid killed my thread by his mere presence, I am going to have to bitch-slap him.

I liked the idea of Jeff Foxworthy and Steve Carell together. I think they'd play off each other nicely...

By the way, I refuse to watch Robin Williams in anything that's purported to be a comedy. He's occasionally pretty good in drama, so I try to keep an open mind.

Will Ferrell? No no no no no no no no no no!

I like Robin Williams much better when he does serious stuff. He is just a bit too wacky and over the top for me in the humor department. It's like he's on crack a little or something.

I voted Adam Sandler because he is best friends with David Spade (who never made the Fucking list) and he is taller in real life than those other fucks. I meet him once and he is really kinda dorky. (but he has nice teeth)::bigg::His sister is my dentist. And grew up a couple houses up from me.
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

There is the possibility to choose more than one, retard. And I put the "other" to pick your own to add actors I don't consider worthy of being in my poll.

I voted for Sandler, Carrey and Lucille Ball. The three of them in a comedy would be a BLAST. I'm a bit biased about Lucille; she reminds me of my Granny. 75

Best Lucy episode is where she meets William Holden wearing the fake nose that catches on fire and she dunks it in her drink to extinguish it. Still makes me laugh and I've seen it many, many times.

You know how Lucille would scrunch up her face and make her mouth go all squared-off and kinda say, "eeeeww"? Granny had that down perfectly. Cracked me up every time I saw her do it and when I see I Love Lucy now and see her do it, it cracks me up all over again.

Lucy was the Queen of scream.

She sometimes made me split my spleen

She never ever was obscene.

And may she rest on movie screens.

Bill Murray is the greatest comedy actor of all time.

We need to punish the French, ignore the Germans and forgive the Russians - Condoleezza Rice.

I actually completely agree. His serious stuff is much better IMO.
