Football is the most popular game in the world and its played using your feet.

Football, see?, not rocket science.

Your idea of football is just rugby played by queers who are so scared of getting hurt they wear crash helmets.

I like it when the players pummel each other but in the UK hockey is a girls sport.

The version on ice is just anvariation of Hockey which is a sport for girls.

Aseptic tankcalling an Englishman a pome?

Unless you are Austrialian a New Zealander or a South African your use of the word is inappropriate and culturally incorrect.

I would have accepted Limey, Redcoat or Tommy.

Do your research.

Fuckwit.

Can't argue with that. If the French and Germans hadn't pitched in we'd be singing hail to the queen, paying $8.00 a gallon for gas and really have something to bitch about.

You chaps didn't get bored with the colonies. You greedy lot tookto exporting slave$ to the colonies for a very big profit.

Butyou instigating bastards lost all your money when you backed the south in the civil war.

Wow, you really need to brush up on your research skills. Just FYI, Europe never entered the War Between the States in any significant manner. Given Victoria's views on slavery, she wouldn't let 'em.

Get it right, because you will be called on it when you don't.

<sarcasm> Oh, well, now you've convinced me. </sarcasm> You are so fucking weak it is almost pitiful. Almost. If you want to go head to head in research with Madame LaFarge, I'll give odds on her. 40 to 1. All bets are welcome. The best you can do is "No YOU need to research"??? I thought I'd seen the weakest and most pathetic post here, but you have taken the #1 spot for proving you're a retard.

No European country ever recognized the sovereignty of the Confederacy. There was never much question that Europe would enter the war on the Union side; they were far too dependent upon Confederate cotton, tobacco, and a few other lesser crops like indigo and rice. Not to mention, the humiliating defeat in the War for Independence was much too fresh in British minds. A few Confederate ships were built in British shipyards; however, these were strictly commercial transactions for unarmed ships. A few British individuals served in the armies; in fact, 67 Brits earned the Congressional Medal of Honor. A few of the Confederacy's senior officers were British. The Brits helped a few blockade runners, and purchased what few goods got through the Union blockade.

This - just about the sum total of European involvment in the War Between the States - is hardly a "significant manner".

If anyone in Europe had been inclined to get involved (and, as I said, the monarch of the country that was in the vanguard of these decisions was very resistant to that idea), the Trent affair changed their minds.

I can back up my contention. Can you?

From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Civil_War

British investors built small, fast "blockade runners" that traded arms and luxuries from Bermuda, Cuba and the Bahamas in return for high-priced cotton and tobacco.

This hardly covers the subject. You take it up the ass this time.

Did you know that if Wikipedia is used as a source for certain online courses that assignment is automatically given a failing grade? Your links mean shit. Another <voice of retarded 4-year old> I read it on the internet, it has to be true! </voice of retarded 4-year old>

But I'll leave the dismembering to Madame. She'll do amuch better job than I ever could.
