Cops: Man laughed as pit bull attacked
Jason Robert Tucker, 35, was arrested after the incident Wednesday and charged with misdemeanor reckless conduct, according to the arrest warrant obtained by the AJC. On Sunday afternoon, Tucker remained in the Cobb County jail where he was being held on $25,000 bond, according to booking records.
The dog attacked the victim in Tucker's Franklin Road apartment, according to police. Police did not say how the man and woman are related.
The victim told police the dog attacked her for about 10 minutes, leaving her with numerous bite wounds on her arms, hands and right ankle, according to police. Tucker watched the attack, police said.

Judge William McClain sentenced Derek Renaldo Baugh Jr., 23, Roy Lee Chambers Jr., 21, and Darrell Lennell Myricks, 24, Monday after they were convicted of robbing a 20-year-old prostitute at gunpoint for $210, a cell phone and a pack of cigarettes.
The men will be eligible for parole in 30 years.
The prosecution could have sought a sentence of life without parole due to the previous criminal records of the three men.
The mothers of Myricks and Chambers had to be removed from the courtroom due to an outburst after the sentencing was announced.
According to testimony during the trial, the men told the victim they were members of street gangs and a rap group called “The Mob Family” and that Chambers was the “CEO” of the crew.
The three men rejected a plea offer of a 10-year sentence -- a deal that could have enabled Chambers to be out of jail in two months.
Do I even need to say it?
Effen Italians. (That was for MF, the rest of you know what I mean. haha)

Atlanta Journal-Constitution
DeKalb County police are investigating the death of a woman discovered inside a home off of Ridgeland Drive, according to Channel 2 Action News.
Police arrived at the home at 2 a.m. after getting a call for help. Police said they found the 43-year old woman dead on the living room floor, according to Channel 2.
"They took the lady out here, working on her out here. About five minutes chest compression whatever they do," a neighbor, Phillip Salmera, told Channel 2. Salmera, who lives across the street, said he saw the man standing in front of the doorway, screaming for help.
A man who lives at the home told police that five Japanese men broke into the residence, raped his wife and strangled her, according to Channel 2.
The man told police the Japanese men bit his hand as he tried to fight them off, Channel 2 reported. i guess he doesn't realize that his wife's DNA can be detected in a bite wound. But people familiar with the typically quiet community said the man's story about five Japenese men breaking in doesn't seem right.
"That just don't sound right for this neighborhood," Leo Redmond told Channel 2. "Five Japanese men over here, that don't sound right."
Police are looking at the man as a person of interest and charges may be filed after an autopsy, according to Channel 2.
"They took him, they had him in the cop car for like two hours and then the detectives came and handcuffed him," Salmera told Channel 2.
The AJC is trying to confirm whether police arrested the man at the Decatur home. DeKalb police have not returned phone calls seeking information on the case.
