#21
from the FB page...this is pathetic. WHY DON'T THEY GET PHOTOS FROM THE FAMILY?? how much money do you need to take a pic of your kid? they are asking the public for photos? wow. this is happy horseshit as far as i'm concerned. they can afford other things it seems. they have faith in nancy grace who can't blab about anything but dancing with the stars? oh boy. i am glad the Feds are on this case.

another facebook nazi, no actual truth or honest pertinent questions/comments allowed, only praying.

Aliayah Lunsford (3): Missing from Weston, West Virginia since 09/24/2011
I still need CURRENT, GOOD photos of Aliayah. I have FAITH Nancy Grace or Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell will cover Aliayah's disappearance. They always come to the missing person's Facebook page to get photos. PLEASE! Send them to [email protected] so I can upload them into an album. (I have closed the wall for posting to maintain control over this page.)

Maureen Smith, Donna Ruth Doles and 2 others like this.
Aliayah Lunsford (3): Missing from Weston, West Virginia since 09/24/2011 Otherwise they'll keep showing the two photos over and over and over and over and over and over again and they aren't even current from what I understand.

Eva Stout Hi ...I am a friend of the family...but I would like to let you know, there aren't any current pictures of Aliayah other than this..This is from Christmas, and as far as I know, she hasn't had money to have recent pics taken..

That's another thing, do you know as a parent in this day and age how many pictures you take over and over and over! In this day and age every parent I know has heaps of pics of their kids. We even have heaps of pics of the dog! This is a sign she is a bad parent.

UPDATE: (9/25/11)

As dive teams from multiple counties slowly search the water near her home, Aliyah Lunsford's family is still waiting for word of the missing three-year-old, and are now reaching out to the community for help.

"Around 9 or 9:30, I went back in to wake her up and she was gone," said Lena Lunsford, Aliayah's mother.

Three-year-old Aliayah Lunsford went missing from her Bendale home Saturday morning, and ever since, search teams have turned her typically quiet neighborhood upside down in hopes of bringing her home.

"We've done a foot canvas of the neghborhood, used k-9s, now we have divers in the water. We've entered her in as missing," said Sgt. Michael Posey of the Lewis County Sheriff's Department.

Family members say Aliayah is a shy child. They say she never talks to strangers and would never have wandered off alone.

"She never leaves the house unless an adult is with her. She wouldn't have come out in the yard, or the road for that matter, without her mother," said Joann Evans, Aliayah's Grandmother.

Saturday, K-9 units from Lumberport and the South Charleston State police Detachment combed through the surrounding area and picked up a trail just down the road. A search that started int he Dennison Street home has lead crews to the banks of the West Fork River, but police say they're still unsure if the river holds the answers to Aliayah's disappearance. Police say they've dealt with missing persons cases in the past, but Aliyah's is unlike any other.

"Right now there are no clues leading us anywhere. No clues. It's like she's just disappeared," Posey said.

And as family members wait out the search, they say all they can do is ask for your help...

"They are doing everything that they possibly can, but the more people we can get to help, the better chances of bringing her home," Lunsford said.

...and pray for answers.

"We love her. We miss her," Evans said.

"We want her home," Lunsford said.

word in the neighborhood is they were too drunk to take polys. i got this from a reliable source.

search is now over for tonight. so wherever that baby is, she's out there another long night.

If they were looking actively for a live child at such a young age, would they call it a night or keep looking?

Cuz i get the feeling this is recovery, not rescue.

This is all messed up. Mom's lawsuit alleging sexual assault while incarcerated bothers me a lot. She claims she's so depressed that she will need pharmaceuticals and she lost her ability to enjoy life. She has 5 kids. Whether her claims are true or she's trying to bilk the system, it's a bleak picture of the home life. Now, one of her little ones is missing. Not accusing, but my antenna is way up.

P.s. Apparently, she enjoyed life a bit after filing the suit in June of 2010. Enough to get pregnant with twins not too long afterwards.

that's lawyer/lawsuit speak. total crapola designed to encourage the DOC to settle. female inmates pull that shit all the time.

i'm more concerned with how many of her kids including the ones in utero may present with fetal alcohol syndrome. does W.VA support that brood?

Prima, look at her eyes in that still shot of her with her mother, can you see it? She KNOWS something, she is holding back! Tears are part of the act. The eyes have it.

Has anybody explained why a 3 year-old child is missing her front teeth? Baby teeth don't normally fall out until the child is 5 or 6.

I was away all week and just catching up here. Are there any father(s) in the house? Is the mother married?

My guess about the missing teeth is bottle rot?

Police say Aliayah Lunsford's family reported her missing from her Bendale home just 150 yards from the West Fork River on Saturday morning. Her mother, Lena Lunsford, told WDTV-TV that she went to wake the child at 9:30 a.m., and she was gone.

Lena Lunsford's last contact with her daughter had been about three hours earlier, said State Police Sgt. C.M. Alton. Other siblings were in the home at the time, and authorities said the family is cooperating with investigators.

"She never leaves the house unless an adult is with her," said grandmother Joann Evans. "She wouldn't have come out in the yard, or the road for that matter, without her mother."

Alton said it's too soon to say whether the child wandered off or was taken.

"We've all got our own senses about it, but at this point, it's just like she vanished out of midair," he said.

so the mother saw her at 0630 and she was gone by 0930? and the implication is that someone must have snatched her from home in that time period because the child never goes outside alone? couldn't have traveled 150 yards to river? supposedly no shoes on.
i don't buy it. we don't really know for sure HOW LONG that child was really gone. and the FBI being in early says a lot.

The missing teeth was my first question as well. My mind didn't go to bottle rot though, it went to abuse. :( It seems obvious that this wasn't the happiest of little girls. I can hardly stand to read about these cases, as they are happening way too often! I hope she is miraculously found safe, but I'm not holding my breath.

My first thought too. I have a great niece that just lost her front teeth and she is 5 1/2. My opinion would be bottle-rot...WV and all. OR...mommy/mommys bf punched them out of her head.

very common among the ignorant. keep a bottle of sugary juice in toddler's mouth, teeth rot. not just little babies.

so nancy grace is covering this tonight in between dancing with the transvestites. i am very interested in seeing if family appears on program. and what they have to say. and demeanor.

Search efforts right now are concentrated heavily on the West Fork River located nearly directly behind the home where Aaliyah Lunsford was last seen early Saturday morning. Lewis County Sheriff Michael Gissy says the K-9 units picked up a scent trail leading directly from the Lunsford home to the river, less than 100 yards away.

K-9s and divers were in the river today and while the people in the small Bendale community are trying to stay hopeful, the Sheriff says they're running out of time and leads.
"We are search and rescue as we speak, but I could also say, you know, in our opinion we're running out of any leads. We're exacting all of our efforts in the immediate area. And then if we don't locate in the immediate area, we have no clue which way to go from here."
