Mac & Cheese
#1
So I have 2 quart buckets of various cheese ends and a box of macaroni, whats next? I have to feed 3 kids tonight and will have real french fries with it. My wife ran away with the mailman and I'm stuck with these lil buggers. My kids and my grandchild they are like little ants on a sugar high.

Cook pasta, drain, make sure you have a lid (to hold the heat in after drained) chunk the cheese & throw it in the drained pasta, the heat the pasta retains will help to melt the cheese, stir, you might need to add some milk...ta da.

I was gonna boil the pasta and layer in some cheese in a big glass dish I found under the cupboard. Put cheese between a few layers of it then sprinkle some paprika on top. Maybe mix some butter with bread crumbs and spread it on top and bake for about 45 min while I'm making the french fries. This glass thing is huge though, it has a cover.

That's way better than what I suggested.

Cheese ends make the best Mac & cheese. After I cook and drain the pasta, I mix it with cheese ends, a can of tomatoes and about 12 cup milk, then bake it in the oven (350 degrees, about 45 minutes), the kids like it much better than that boxed crap.

You'll notice he only has two things, the cheese and the pasta, that simplified it greatly for me & I felt qualified to offer a kitchen/cooking opinion.

That sounds easy, no tomatoes though..........well maybe, I have to look on the shelf. Do you just dump it all in mix it and bake it? What about sprinkling bread crumbs on top?

Yes with the bread crumbs but you might want to just add them in the last 15 minutes or so.

Call the mailmans wife, tell her the sumbitch took off with your wife and see if she wants to come over for dinner.
