Misc. Cases II
Killer Cop/Dad

[Image: 25EF4F1200000578-2977636-Murdered_He_sho...926036.jpg]
Glen Hochman was a recently-retired police officer in White Plains, New York who was having marital problems. Last month he filed new retirement papers to try to exclude his wife from his benefits and she filed a complaint with police over an argument about a cell phone bill. The couple was planing to separate.

Mrs. Hochman then went on a trip with the couple's eldest daughter and was unable to reach the family at home. She asked one of her younger daughters' boyfriends to go check on the family on Feb. 21st. The boy found Glen Hochman dead in the garage and called police.

When LE got to the scene, they discovered the bodies of 17-year-old Alissa and 13-year-old Deanna (pictured above with their murdering dad) as well as the dead bodies of the family's three dogs. They also discovered a six page suicide note left by Glen Hochman which indicates that the murders were premeditated.

Police officials say that the amended retirement papers were not yet processed/filed and they intend to honor the original papers, which means they will be paying retirement benefits to Mrs. Hochman (pictured left below with the couples' surviving daughter, center)

Glen Hochman had no reported mental illness and those known to him reportedly had no idea what the asshole was planning.

UPDATE TO POST #162 -- MURDER BY WEDGIE

[Image: KNXV_Brad_Davis_Denver_St_Clair_20140108...20_240.JPG]
Brad Lee Davis, suspect and Denver St. Clair, stepfather & victim (RIP)

Brad Davis' stepfather, who was in the process of divorcing his mother, had called the woman "worthless" while the two men were consuming mass quantities of beer, just before Christmas 2013.

Well, that got Brad's blood boiling. He wasn't having any of that trash talk about his momma and wedgied stepdad Denver St. Clair to death, right then and there.

Davis asphyxiated St. Clair with the very drawers he was wearing.

Davis originally claimed self-defense when charged with murder; he entered a guilty plea for manslaughter 1 today. He'll be in the pokey for a good long time.

Another Dad Kills his Family

^ Stephen Sean Hutcheson, 47, is wanted on capital murder charges in the deaths his wife and two children. He is on the run.

Each was fatally shot and their bodies were found in the family's McCalla home Sunday after one of their relatives called authorities for a welfare check over the weekend, Jefferson County sheriff's officials have said.

Victims: Kimblerly Hutcheson- 14, left, Peyton Hutcheson - 12, center, and Doris Hutcheson -49, right. RIP.

Stephen Hutcheson, reportedly an employee with the Shelby County School District, is still at large and is considered armed and dangerous, Lt. David Agee of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department said at a Wednesday press conference. Because of his "financial situation," he's believed to still be in the area where the murders took place, Agee said.

Hutcheson is facing four capital murder charges -- one for each victim and an additional charge for the youngest victim because he was under 14, Agee said.

"The evidence is clear that this man is responsible for the death of his family," Agee said.

Investigators believe Hutcheson shot his family to death Friday night. Aigee said police have a "clear picture" of Hutcheson's actions following the murders. They say he and his girlfriend bought cocaine and spent the weekend together in a motel room. Hutcheson is believed to have bought cocaine at least three times over the weekend.

Police say Doris Hutcheson's sister told investigators she received a text message from her sister's phone saying she was planning on spending several days at the beach, Sgt. Jack Self said. Investigators reportedly believe Stephen Hutcheson sent the text from his slain wife's phone in order to mislead her family members.

Chief Deputy District Attorney Bill Veitch told Al.com that a national alert has been issued for him.

The piece of shit scumbag's girlfriend has cooperated with investigators and isn't a suspect in the shootings, authorities said in a statement.

Random Murder by Illegal Immigrant with 7 Felony Arrests and 5 Previous Deportations -- San Francisco, CA

This case is very sad and politically controversial.

The man accused of gunning down a 32-year-old Pleasanton woman while she was out strolling San Francisco's Embarcadero with her father was in a Bay Area jail less than four months ago and should have been turned over to federal immigration officials upon his release, instead of being set free, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

But that's not the way the San Francisco County Sheriff's Legal Counsel Freya Horne sees it. In an interview Friday with NBC Bay Area, she said the city and county of San Francisco are sanctuaries for immigrants, and they do not turn over undocumented people – if they don't have active warrants out for them – simply because immigration officials want them to.

Meanwhile, San Francisco Police Chief Greg Suhr said Francisco Sanchez, 46 (above left), who was arrested following the Wednesday evening shooting of Kathryn "Kate" Steidle (above right) along Pier 14, has "made an admission" with regards to the seemingly random death in the middle of a populated part of town.

Kate's parents have mixed feelings about the immigration policy. "It would have been so much better if he were gone. Absolutely," said Steinle's mother, Liz Sullivan. "But we're not dwelling on that,", Jim Steinle said, adding that nothing will bring his daughter back. "It's a non-issue."

Sanctuary cities, which are dotted throughout the United States, don't inquire about immigrants' status for the federal government and actively don't pursue catching undocumented immigrants to deport them. San Francisco's particular ordinance is called the "Due Process Ordinance for All on Civil Immigration Detainers."

The issue is a divisive one. Liberals mostly argue in favor of not reporting immigrants to immigration for deportation, and conservatives, including Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump, argue that illegal immigrants, especially those that commit crimes, are the reason why the United States should better enforce its borders.

Sanchez, who has about a dozen aliases, was taken into custody after witnesses described him to police. According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, he is an undocumented immigrant with a long criminal history who has previously been deported to Mexico five times, the last time in 2008. He was last in prison, serving time, for illegally re-entering the United States, ICE records show.

A body has been discovered that authorities believe is that of an Alabama man wanted in the shooting deaths of his wife and two children.

Multiple media outlets report that Jefferson County sheriff's deputies responded Saturday to a wooded area near Adger to investigate a report of a suspicious vehicle.

Chief Deputy Randy Christian says deputies found a vehicle registered to Stephen Sean Hutcheson and inside the body of a man believed to be Hutcheson, dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Christian says positive identification will be made by the coroner. Christian says it appeared the man had been dead several days.

Not shocking that the piece of shit took the coward's way out. Can't say I'm sorry he's dead.

I read two more stories today about dads killing their families. I don't have the heart or the stomach to post those yet.

That's sage advice. I sure wish such clowns would follow it.

Are you kidding? They would lose their shot at 15 minutes of fame and their chapter in the history books if they did that.

Those kinds of stories are always so sad & awful :(

This one is sorta lighthearted -

A woman has been arrested after she attacked her boyfriend in a drunken rage because he refused to have sex with her.

Tabatha Lee Grooms, 35, from Augusta, Georgia was taken into custody for assaulting her boyfriend Carlos Rodrecus Grace 30, and then punching her mother in a booze-induced rage.

Grooms came home around 11:30 p.m. after a boozy night out on June 24 and attacked her boyfriend while he was sitting on the couch, according to police.

She said she was angry that Grace had refused to have sex with her earlier in the day so she scratched him on the face, head and neck, then bit him on the arm.

I wouldn't touch that shit with a ten foot pole!

The Snowbird Bandit Gets Clipped

[Image: 472a726b-0455-460b-aab8-868242c25f9e-206...6e229f96bc]
^ Randolph Bruce Adair, 70, was arrested last Wednesday and authorities think he is the ‘Snowbird Bandit’ behind five robberies in Orange County, CA this year. No persons were injured in the robberies, but the robber did brandish a gun.

Adair was arrested after several of his family members saw published surveillance images of the bank robber and contacted police.

Adair is a retired LAPD detective and was reportedly one of the officers who arrested Sirhan Sirhan immediately after the assassination of Robert Kennedy.

This story is kind of sad. Adair was bringing in almost $3,000 per month in pension, he's a Vietnam vet, he'd been a leader in police/community football leagues, he reportedly saved several people from a house fire during his days on the force. But, his daughter said he suffered a brain injury and several heart attacks a couple of years back and the FBI believes he has a gambling problem.

I can't find any mention of how much loot Adair stole in any of the media reports.

Adair appeared in a federal court in Santa Ana, CA on Monday and was charged with one count of bank robbery. He is being held without bond.

Bank robbery is always a federal crime and punishable by 10 - 25 years in prison.

Murder in the Ice Cream Aisle

Police have arrested 31-year-old ^ Connor MacCalister of Saco and charged her with murder. Gee, she looks so nice and normal and all.

The victim --Wendy Boudreau, 59, of Saco, Maine -- was a mother of five. Police say she suffered a knife attack by Boudreau near the ice cream freezers inside a market just before 3 p.m.

Officials say two local EMTs were in the store at the time of the attack and immediately started giving Boudreau medical assistance but she later died at the hospital. RIP.

There is no indication yet that the women knew each other and police are still working on a motive.

MacCalister was then taken to the York County Jail. She is charged with murder and her first court appearance will likely be Thursday or Friday.

My Twinks actually just lost three heartbreakers in Yankee Stadium, however, we all saw it coming.

Maybe now that I can stop kidding myself that they are post-season material, I can reclaim my status as Mock dork/asshole/dreamboat?

Anyway, that pic inspired my earlier post. Just the first thought that sprang to mind.

Her brother says she's a woman transitioning to a man.

In any case, I hope she gets put away for life.

Snip:
The person charged with fatally stabbing a mother of five in a Maine supermarket went to the store to kill "several random people," according to a court affidavit released Thursday that says the suspect confessed to the slaying.

Connor MacCalister followed Wendy Boudreau from the parking lot of the Shaw's supermarket in Saco into the ice cream aisle, grabbed the 59-year-old woman from behind and slit her throat, the suspect told police. Boudreau died later at a hospital.

MacCalister was planning the random attack for a month and was "angry with life and wanted to get back at someone," the suspect told police. The 31-year-old, who was wearing camouflage and had a shaved head, was targeting a small elderly woman "whom she knew wouldn't resist," the document said.

MacCalister is being held at York County Jail and made a court appearance on Friday at the superior court in Alfred. MacCalister did not enter a plea and said nothing, while showing little emotion during the brief appearance in court.

The judge did not set bail in the case. Defense attorney Robert LeBrasseur says the next step is for the case to go to a grand jury.

MacCalister is charged with murder. A court affidavit says MacCalister confessed to the slaying.

A Shaw's employee who was working in the bakery department said she heard screaming and saw MacCalister standing over Boudreau, who was sitting on the floor, slumped over, the affidavit says.

When the witness asked MacCalister the reason for the attack, the suspect responded, "She looked at me funny." Another witness told police that MacCalister told him: "I'm off my meds and I didn't mean to do it."

Police say Boudreau had stab wounds to her face and neck.

See, this is where Old West justice/common sense is required.

Blatantly caught in the act, with an admission of 'I just wanted to kill somebody because I'm pissed at the world."

Take her/him out behind the building, put a bullet in her/his head and leave her/him with the trash on the curb.
