Did you need to read a textbook to forumlate that opinion?

Very inappropriate.

Had no time for her or her music.

She was on the crackpipe, I can't say I have much sympathy for her, her daughter maybe, but not her.

I would like to thank you people who are turning this thread into being about me. I was empathising with the poor girl and the circumstances that she is having to cope with for her age. It is because I can relate to it. My father died 3 weeks before my 21st birthday, in extreme circumstances. The horribleness of the situation never goes away. The pain is so extreme and intense like nothing you have never felt in your life you think that you are going to die yourself.

I wonder if any of you have ever lost a parent and in circumstances that were traumatic.

Unless you can sing as well as Whitney, give it a rest.

I know you yearn for sympathy and drama, but I still feel that if you can't sing as well as Whitney you should give it a rest.

LATimes
Los Angeles County coroner's officials said Monday they have not established a link between prescription drugs and the death of Whitney Houston, adding such a determination could only come after toxicology tests are completed.

"The investigation is ongoing," said coroner's spokesman Ed Winter at a news conference. "It's too early to tell."

The results of an autopsy performed Sunday were inconclusive, according to Winter, who denied reports that the coroner's office had told Houston's family that it had determined a cause of death.

Beverly Hills Police presser just now:

many rumors circulating.

was in bathtub. unresponsive.
CPR performed.
normal active investigation as in any unattended death. not criminal/homicide.
no comments about body or room or anything in room.
waiting for coroner's tox result.
investigation sealed for now. including 911 tapes.

blah blah blah.

Whitney was quite a combination of talent and looks back in 1985 when she burst on the scene.

So young and fresh-faced. I remember feeling the outrage when we found out she was with Bobby Brown. I too, had figured he ruined her, but I think he just showed her the means to self-destruction.

She could not put down the crack-pipe.

She had a great voice, but she was NOT the pure musical talent that MJ was. MJ wrote all/most of his stuff.

Very sad for her true fans and her daughter. But looking at her behavior the night of her death, she clearly didn't give a fuck.

How come her daughter has a huge gap? Her parents are Whitney fucking Houston and Bobby fucking Brown. Get the kid a set of braces.

I think we're all in agreement it was drugs. Really, such a shame. I did enjoy much of her music. It's too bad she couldn't kick the drugs, if not for her sake then for her childs sake. Now that gap toothed young woman is left with Bobby Brown as a parent. I watched maybe one or two of the episodes where they had a TV show and it looked to me like they were both all fucked up and in the episode I saw, their daughter threw a friggin tantrum in a department store, screaming at Whitney that she was Bobbi Kristina and wanted whatever it was and then started throwing stuff around. I quit watching after that, it became clear that neither one of them was responsible enough to have a child.
Just shut up. Just shut the fuck up right now.
