Hey guys, i havent been on here since about the end of September, been busy as f with school. I know i've missed a bit. Like LC's passing. :'(

But there was something i wanted to post. However im on my phone, so the format might be weird but i'm trying to be as thorough as possible.

Also im posting bits and pieces from the article in an order that is different from the way the article is written, but should make sense chronologically.

Terry, a Tri-C student, initially told police that Emilliano had vanished from the park at East 121^st Street and Williams Avenue, but her story changed Monday, Fourth District Commander Deon McCaulley said. She is no longer speaking with investigators.

The search for Terry's son began Sunday at 5:15 p.m. and ended Monday afternoon, when FBI agents found a boy's body at a trash transfer station in Oakwood. The body was in a trash bag inside two other bags that had been picked up Monday from a Dumpster near Terry's apartment on Buckeye Road near East 130^th Street, about a half-mile from Kossuth Park.

The case against Terry will now move from Cleveland Municipal Court to Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, where a grand jury will consider additional charges, like abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence and obstructing justice. It is too soon to say whether the death penalty will be sought in the case, prosecutor's spokeswoman Maria Russo said.The body was disfigured in the compacted trash and was also decomposed. Witnesses last saw Emilliano alive Wednesday, Nov. 21.Investigators are trying to determine when and where the slaying occurred.

"During the interview, Nina admitted she smothered Maya because she thought she had too many kids already and she was jealous of the attention [her husband] was giving baby Maya," a probable-cause statement says. "The father . . . was put in the interview room with Nina and she admitted to him that she pinched Maya's nose, twisted, suffocated, and smothered baby Maya."

The judge also upheld murder charges in a patient's overdose death. Gosnell is charged with third-degree murder in the 2009 death of 41-year-old Karnamaya Mongar, a recent refugee to the U.S. who died after an abortion at hiss Women's Medical Society.

Gosnell had also been charged with five counts of abuse of a corpse, for removing the feet from aborted fetuses and storing them in specimen jars.

This quack was a danger to anyone who walked through his clinic door.

I don't think he'll get the death penalty and not sure if the judge will even rule that the horrific things he did to the fetuses constituted crimes against a viable "person". It's so political.

If the judge doesn't consider Kermit's cutting of the fetuses to be murder, then I think the judge almost has to find him guilty of abusing corpses. In that case, hopefully the prosecutor can get a few years on each of the five counts and the quack will be behind bars til he dies.

Hopefully, he'll do time either way; I don't think he's walking away scot free. Maybe while Kermit's on his death bed and barely clinging to life in some dank facility, the warden will order that the back of his neck be sliced with scissors and his feet be cut off before he's dumped in a trash bin (just dreaming about a little eye for an eye justice here - this guy's a butcher).

A Missouri mother is facing child abuse and second-degree murder charges this week after being accused of allowing -- and perhaps even encouraging -- her sex-offender boyfriend to rape her young daughter.

Prosecutors allege that Howell knew her boyfriend, Jordan Lafayette Prince, was a convicted child abuser and allowed him to spend time with her daughter Ashlynn. They say she was in the trailer with him when he allegedly raped and strangled the 4-month-old girl last December, according to the St. Charles County Prosecutor's complaint.

Details in the murder case against Jessica Lynn Howell were released this week, according to Missouri Fox affiliate KTVI. St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar told the station that text messages between Howell and Prince suggest Howell openly allowed the sexual abuse to occur.

“In those text messages she suggested and encouraged some unspeakable things,” Lohmar said. “It is very, very disturbing.”

Prince, meanwhile, has been indicted on counts of first-degree murder, as well as child abuse and forcible sodomy, according to local station KMOV.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Prince had previously been found guilty of abusing a 4-year-old in Idaho. Howell reportedly knew about the incident and actually confirmed her boyfriend's police record through an Internet search.

Howell, who has previously been charged with child endangerment, according to the paper, is in jail with a $1 million bond.

Anderson pleaded guilty to drug conspiracy in June. Under the plea agreement, she faces 14 to 17 ¹⁄₂ years in prison when she appears in federal court Tuesday.

The 58-year-old also will forfeit $52,000 and 10 houses she owns.

Authorities say Anderson led a drug operation for a dozen years in her neighborhood by buying up property, employing relatives and close acquaintances. She also paid lookouts to watch for police, according to reports.

Some neighbors say it feels less safe with Anderson and her lookouts gone and her houses abandoned. But authorities say Anderson's nonthreatening persona is part of what made her such an insidious criminal.

Florida prosecutors said Sarah Adleta ^ and her former husband, 25-year-old former Marine officer Jonathan Adleta, made having sex with their two children a part of their "parenting plan," the paper reports.

Sarah Adleta pleaded guilty to two charges in May and testified against her ex during his trial last month. During the 29-year-old's sentencing hearing, mental health counselor Cherilyn Rowland Petrie reportedly testified that the couple's daughter, who was 4-years-old at the time of her parents' arrest, was malnourished, not toilet-trained, was at the developmental level of an 18-month-old, and had "sexualized" behaviors.

Sarah Aldeta's father also made a plea to the judge during the hearing to give his daughter the maximum sentence.

Sarah Adleta begged the judge for mercy, saying she was manipulated by others and will be "haunted" by her actions for the rest of her life.
