LOW FAT TREAT
#1

1 box angel food cake, 1 can crushed pineapple. Follow directions on the box for baking. DO NOT add anything else. It's a great low fat treat.

Any future recipes will be more of the same. I don't like lengthy recipes & if there are too many ingredients/steps, I won't even try. I make great sloppy joes (my godson says best ever!) and it only calls for three ingredients, burger, salsa & tomato soup.

If you're feeling a little randy angel food goes well with a little chocolate syrup and nesquik makes one without high fructose corn syrup...just sayin.
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

Another simple recipe is mixing a small package of instant vanilla pudding with heavy whipping cream. It comes out just like custard and no one would ever know you used instant pudding. I top angel food cake with that and strawberries, but then it isn't low fat anymore.
