Police are reviewing hours' worth of surveillance video taken near Isabel's home around the time she was reported missing, Sgt. Maria Hawke said at a news briefing Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the 911 call to police the day Isabel disappeared continues to be withheld from the public. It will be released after police remove some of the information in the call, Hawke said.

LC, why would the police have to remove information from the call? The Celis' address is already known, as well as most of their personal information. What would there be to remove?

TUCSON - Friday, Tucson Police confirmed Child Protective Services is now involved in the investigation into the disappearance of missing six-year-old Isabel Celis.
Below is the TPD news release, in full:
"In the course of the continuing investigation into the disappearance of six year-old Isabel Celis, the Tucson Police Department has been in contact with Child Protective Services (CPS).
Recently, detectives became aware of information regarding the welfare of the older Celis children. That information was shared with CPS for their consideration and determination relating to this investigation. Yesterday, CPS personnel responded to police headquarters to consult with detectives as well as the family. Subsequent to their assessment, CPS instituted certain measures to ensure the continued welfare of the Celis children. It needs to be stressed that is common practice for CPS to become involved in investigations regarding missing children.
However, in keeping with our commitment to keep members of the media and our community informed of changes or developments in this investigation, we felt it important to advise you of the increased involvement of CPS.
Finally, because of the sensitive nature of this investigation, we will not be providing any additional information on this situation at this time."
Tucson Police tell News 4 the parents are living separately because of this and one of the parents is not allowed any kind of contact.
They haven't stated yet which parent is keeping the kids. I have no guess here as I think they're both a bit hinky.

Isabel Celis' older brothers are now staying with only one of their parents and a relative, Tucson police said Friday.
The decision on the children's living arrangements was made after Child Protective Services met with the parents and Tucson police, said Lt. Fabian Pacheco, a Tucson Police Department spokesman.
Pacheco would not say which parent the boys were staying with, citing the ongoing investigation.
In a news release, Tucson police said detectives during the course of their investigation into the disappearance of Isabel became “aware of information regarding the welfare of the older Celis children.”
Isabel, 6, has two older brothers, Julian and Sergio.
The information, police said, was shared with CPS.
On Thursday CPS personnel met with detectives and the family at police headquarters. The state agency decided to put in place “certain measures to ensure the continued welfare of the Celis children,” the news release states.
CPS has since the beginning been involved in the investigation, which is common practice, police said.
The police news release said the department would not be releasing any more information.
Isabel was reported missing from her midtown home April 21. Tucson police have checked more than 1,000 tips in the investigation, which has cost the department more than $1 million.
CPS released a statement Friday, saying:
“The Department can confirm that CPS is working closely with law enforcement to ensure the continued safety of the children. At the present time, the children are not in CPS custody. The Department appreciates the community's support and understanding in protecting the privacy rights and safety needs for these children during this ongoing joint investigation.”

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tucson police tell KGUN9 News the siblings of 6-year-old Isabel Celis, missing for 21 days, are now in the custody of one parent and the other parent is not allowed to see them. TPD clarified the family's situation and custody matters late Friday night, but would not say which parent--Sergio or Rebecca--has custody.
TPD said the developments leading to the custody change are “significant." Those developments also have Ariz. Child Protective Services taking an active role in the case.
Lt. Fabian Pacheco told KGUN9 detectives, as recently as Thursday, “came into some information which they considered to be important enough to share with Child Protective Services. They contacted these folks, they sent one of their personnel here to police headquarters.”
Pacheco said that CPS representative met with Tucson police and then with the Celis family. He stressed that is common practice in missing child cases and CPS has been involved with this case since about the beginning.
But Pacheco said CPS has “instituted some safety measures to ensure the children's welfare." The department clarified by email late Friday, stating Isabel's two older siblings are now in the custody of one parent and the other parent is not allowed to see the children. The department wouldn't elaborate further and would not say which parent has custody because that may hamper the investigation.
“There's a lot of details that I can't share with you: what got us to this point, what was that information,” Pacheco said.
KGUN9 contacted CPS, which confirmed it is "working closely with law enforcement." A statement from the agency to KGUN9 read: "At the present time, the children are not in CPS custody. The [Ariz. Department of Economic Security] appreciates the community's support and understanding in protecting the privacy rights and safety needs for these children during this ongoing joint investigation."
KGUN9 reached out to multiple people who've spoke for the Celis family, but had not received a response from them or the family as of Friday evening
Meanwhile, the search for Isabel and the person or people who may have taken her will continue through the weekend.
“We're not eliminating anyone in particular from suspicion or overly casting suspicion on any one individual either,” Pacheco said.

The father of missing Tucson 6-year-old Isabel Celis has been told by authorities he cannot have contact with the girl's two older brothers, who are now in the custody of their mother Rebecca, ABC News has learned.
A source close to the investigation said the development does not mean that investigators are turning their focus on Sergio Celis in the disappearance of his daughter. A police statement released Friday said it is "common practice for CPS [Child Protective Services] to become involved in investigations regarding missing children."

Even if it is routine for CPS to get involved, I don't remember other cases where one parent wasn't allowed to see the other kids unless they thought that parent was guilty of something to do with her coming up missing.
Of course everyone thinks he's involved now.

TUCSON - Tucson Police have released tapes of the 911 call placed on the Saturday morning after 6-year-old Isabel Celis went missing.
An excerpt from the transcript of this call follows:
911 Operator: "What's your emergency?"
Sergio Celis: "I want to report a missing person. My little girl who's 6-years-old. I believe she was abducted from our house."
911 Operator: "Why do you think she was abducted?
Sergio Celis: "I have no idea. We woke up this morning and went to go get her up, start her baseball game, and she's gone. I woke up my sons, I, we looked everywhere in the house, and my oldest son noticed that her window was wide open and the screen was laying in the backyard. We've looked all around the house."

The father's talk to 911 looks like a deliberate narrative to make-believe. I am not sensing here a parent panicked and frightened that his child is missing. While not everyone is emotions-driven (some people can be rational and uber-cognitive under extreme stress, like I was when my grandma died--who knows why, as I am usually with my heart all pouring out), so while some people get mentally over-alert rather than an emotional mess in situations of crisis, this one somehow does not strike me as authentic. Maybe I'm wrong.

regardless of the Chief's spin, and we understand why he is doing it...the fact is convicted murderers can contact or have visitation with their kids. this is quite unusual, but i guess we'll find out the facts in time.
it may be entirely unrelated to girl's disappearance, but there is a good damn reason for this separation. and back when this started i thought he was a phony, that he lacked real emotion in public scenes. you could tell he was staging a performance, due to his operatic training/experience. he seems a drama queen to me.

My intuition has told me from the start that something is not right with the Father and the Mother to me looks troubled and like she is going through the motions and stands beside him at times out of desperation for answers. Prayers for the little girl~

I really don't want to have to eaty hiking boots, mostly because I want Isa to be ok and for her parents not to be involved. But wow, listening to Sergio on that 911 call, it's sounds more like haha my kid ran off because she is mad, not like his missing daughter. He sounds quite business like until he says "I called my wife and told her to get her but home hahaha" did he really laugh? clear eyes..... so you mean hazel or green or? Sure hazel'
It just seems so weird to me. He seems very calm like he is reporting his missing dog.
I don't want to judge someone and say how they should or should not sound, as I don't know what I would do, although I would be probably be hysterical, but listening to this and the info about CPS it just doesn't fit.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

i meant to note, during early part of investIgation i was communicating with a Tucson reporter. i said i was mystified Texas Equusearch (TES) was not brought in to search surrounding areas.
the reporter told me she didn't know who TES was!
i COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!
