I had only the vaguest notion of Mock as a board and I may have heard the name at some point but I think it was probably a different incarnation. At any rate, my approach to this or any message board is always the same. First, what is the ratio of intelligence to idiocy? There's always a mix, but sometimes being too tilted in either direction makes a boring conversation.
And secondly, since I rarely self-censor: can the board support another mouthy knowitall with a bad attitude? If both those answers satisfy me I stick around. I've never left a. Board because its posters were mean to me...

i joined when MF created Mock, but the flaming got old really fast. he wanted me here to mod, but hell, there was no need for a mod!
it was just vicious. same shit every day, how many new ways can a person say FUCK YOU? blah blah blah unoriginal tired old insults. but since Duchess and i decided to make it a more all-around forum, it's been lots of fun and much more interesting. some people had a tough time accepting a nicer Mock.  i think we have the best of both types of venues. people should absolutely read some before signing up!

I joined Mock cause LC & I are friends. So to be able to post where she posts, I have to endure all the shit (some evil) that goes on here. The Good with the Bad, but mostly stay away from the Bad!
