OJ SIMPSON ~ Not Guilty??
#1
The Documentary Will Air Nov. 21, 2012 @ 9PM EST On Investigation Discovery.

Per The Huffington Post ~
O.J. Simpson didn't kill his ex-wife, a serial killer did, according to a new documentary.

"My Brother the Serial Killer" claims Glen Rogers, who is currently on death row for another murder, is responsible for the 1994 deaths of Nicole Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.

The documentary, which airs November 21 at 9 pm on Investigation Discovery, does not include an interview with Rogers' himself, but prominently features interviews with Rogers' brother Clay.

The Daily Mail reports that Rogers confessed to the Brown-Goldman killings after he was already in jail for the 1995 murders of Tina Marie Cribbs in Tampa and Sandra Gallagher in Los Angeles. He is also suspected of killing at least 10 others and once claimed he had murdered 70 people.

Rogers reportedly provided receipts to cops that show he was working as a housepainter in Los Angeles in 1994 when Brown was murdered. The documentary claims he told family members that he was working for Simpson and that he said she was rich and he was going to "take her down."

Rogers also provided a "detailed account" of the Goldman-Brown Simpson slayings to criminal profiler Anthony Meoli, according to the documentary.

Cincinnati.com reports that Rogers also knew O.J. Simpson who paid the killer to steal a pair of earrings from Nicole Simpson's house, according to Rogers.

That's why, the documentary posits, Simpson never floated Rogers as a possible culprit to investigators since he didn't want his own dealings with Rogers exposed.

Rogers was apprehended after his family tipped off investigators to his whereabouts. Clay Rogers explains his decision to do so in the documentary.

"I wasn't turning in my brother," He said. "I was turning in a serial killer."

If the glove doesn't fit - you must acquit.

I'd like to know the glove size of this guy, and who in the hell was jumping on Kato's roof that night.

I watched an interview years ago where a woman claimed that someone on the defense team unknowingly had a photo of the N. Simpson and Glenn Rogers from the night before the murders. Which is really weird....Unsure if this will be in the documentary. Plus, the whole OJ trying to give this guy money to swipe some earrings from the house could be plausible; only to not know the guy was a freaky killer. I don't know, I'll watch and try to make a neutral opinion about it when the show airs.

I call bullshit.

You're facing double murder charges and you're not gonna fess up about having someone steal some of your wife's earrings, which pretty much negates some of the evidence against you? You don't care enough about your ex-wife and the mother of your children to make sure the fucker gets put away?

And, if the glove wasn't OJs, how did his blood get on it? Are we to believe that the LAPD really planted it and there was a full on conspiracy to frame The Juice?

Plus, an equally compelling (and more convincing, imo) story and documentary posited to make OJ's son (Jason) the killer was also released a while back by PI William Dear. I'd believe OJ covering for his son over anyone else, but don't believe the asshole would put himself on the line for anyone on the planet.

Glen Rogers has nothing to lose and can only gain notoriety (and maybe more) by claiming to be the killer. His brother Clay may well believe that Glen is responsible, or maybe not. Either way, he'll be cashing in from the book and docu sales.

OJ Simpson slaughtered his wife and her friend, period, imo.

Interested to see where this goes, if anywhere.

Straight up. Not the actions of an innocent grieving man, not by a looooooooooooong shot.

I think he did it with his own hands. He's a psycho and I'm glad he's in jail for essentially stealing his own damn stuff that he tried to hide from the Goldman judgment. Busted in Vegas, even. That's lulzy as hell to me, in the best possible way.

Definately will watch this. I have always thought that OJ was guilty tho. This case is what got me hooked on true crime stories and Court TV. AND when I realized how messed up the judicial system can be.

Usually money and political influence cloud the justice system daily. It should be fair and across the board for both sides.

OJ has admitted that he has done it! off the record of course. He did it. This documentary is just someone trying to bring some attention to themselves. Ridiculous.

OJ was a control freak, OJ stalked her, Nicole Brown didn't deserve to die like that or Ron Goldman. OJ was waiting that night and unfortunately, Ron Goldman was returning a pair of glasses Nicole left behind at a restaurant and caught OJ in the act. Ron Goldman's dad said "his son fought for his life". What a terrible terrible deal. OJ guilty IMO.

It will be interesting to hear your opinion.

O.J. Simpson reportedly praised a new documentary suggesting that a serial killer, and not the former football star, killed Nicole Simpson.

Fox News spoke to a source that said Simpson "loves" the documentary, called "My Brother the Serial Killer." It airs at 9 p.m. Wednesday on Investigation Discovery.

Via The Huffington Post :

“O.J. absolutely loves it,” a source told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column. “He loves that the documentary is out and the idea that people are talking about him but he’s not the one being blamed. Typical O.J. stuff.”

Family members of Nicole Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman were enraged by the documentary, which floats the theory that serial killer Glen Rogers killed the pair in 1994.

"The overwhelming evidence at the criminal trial proved that one, and only one, person murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman," Fred Goldman, the father of Ronald Goldman said in a statement to CNN. "That person is O.J. Simpson and not Glen Rogers."

APPEALING HIS ROBBERY AND KIDNAPPING CONVICTIONS

Snip:
Now 65 years old, Simpson has already spent the last four years in prison and must serve at least nine years of his maximum 33-year sentence before he is even eligible for parole. He would be 70 by then. If Simpson doesn't win a new trial, he could conceivably spend the rest of his life locked up.

On Monday, Simpson will be back before a different judge who agreed to hear evidence on 19 claims of ineffective counsel and attorney conflict of interest. Simpson contends his trial attorney never told him about a plea bargain that had been offered by prosecutors. He also said in a sworn statement that the same attorney knew about the memorabilia sting before it happened, and "he advised me that I was within my legal rights."

I'm glad he's behind bars and hope he stays there for the max of his sentence, but think he has a chance of winning this (if he can prove that his attorney knew of the sting and failed to advise him of plea offering).

While I'm happy he's behind bars, looking at the kidnapping crime in and of itself, it seems clear to me that the judge took his murder acquittal in to consideration when sentencing. 9 years? Maybe. 33 for that one incident? Excessive. Still, I'd just assume they keep the arrogant prick locked up.

I guess it's just too much to hope that the law would be applied fairly to all.

I'm not defending OJ.
