Well in your state, they voted to "broaden the base" in taxes they take from your bracket, didn't they?

Why re-invent the wheel? Plus, it fits the initiative's acronym perfectly.

We're ready to roll... Smiley_emoticons_wink

I read what you all have posted & I was going to participate but I just can't. I'm so sick of this shit and everything else associated with it. It makes me feel crabby.

I think everyone benefiting from an entitlement program should trade in their Caddy SUV for the Pacer. Good choice!

I don't like to be rude or sound ungrateful to you because I think you're darling & I'd like to spank you but if I had to drive a Pacer I'd take my horse instead.

Well, if it gets approved, the People of America's Car & Employment Reformation initiative will require those entitled folks to actually participate in the production of their own Pacers as well.

Vote "YES" on P.A.C.E.R.!
"A solid step away from the cliff."

This initiative sponsored by Maggot Hair, GM, and the League of Fuckin' Fed-Up Tax Payers.

You don't have to worry; you are not amongst the portion of the population to be participating in the proposed P.A.C.E.R. program.

It only affects you if you choose to purchase one of the People's Cars.

President Obama Invokes Newtown Shooting to Press 'Cliff' Compromise

Snipped from: http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/OTUS/pres...NML06zp148

Invoking the somber aftermath of the school massacre in Newtown, Conn., President Obama today appealed to congressional Republicans to embrace a standing "fair deal" on taxes and spending that would avert the fiscal cliff in 13 days.

"If there's one thing we should have after this week, it should be a sense of perspective about what's important," Obama said at a midday news conference.

"I would like to think that members of that [Republican] caucus would say to themselves, 'You know what? We disagree with the president on a whole bunch of things,'" he said. "'But right now what the country needs is for us to compromise.'"

House Speaker John Boehner's response: "Get serious."

Boehner announced at a 52-second news conference that the House will vote Thursday to approve a "plan B" to a broad White House deal -- and authorize simply extending current tax rates for people earning less than $1 million a year and little more.

"Then, the president will have a decision to make," the Ohio Republican said. "He can call on Senate Democrats to pass that bill or he could be responsible for the largest tax increase in American history."

If the house passes plan B today, do you think Barry will approve it?[/size]

I thought so, too-I've a feeling he's going to invoke the Newtown tragedy in several aspects of his policy making.

Of course he/they will. That way anyone that opposes anything will look like an asshat. It's all about playing on the emotions right now.

You are no longer in the womb, friend. The competition is tougher out here.
