I'm not sure how to answer the time zone question. Everyone has a feature in their ucp that they can set to their time zone. Mock's server is located on the East Coast.
Some intro threads were locked to encourage newbies to go out onto the board instead of staying in that thread. I'm kind of apathetic in regards to that, if the thread is moving along I'm glad to keep it open but I have an aversion to locking threads anyway, I think it's dumb.
Sonny doesn't love me but he might want to fuck me. I'd beat him with a stick, the dumb fucker.
