Yeah, for a charge of misdemeanor vehicle manslaughter in California, probation is a possible sentence for all offenders (celebrities or not).

2.2. Misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter penalties

Misdemeanor—ordinary—vehicular manslaughter under Penal Code 192©(2) PC is punishable as follows:

-Misdemeanor (summary) probation,
-Up to one (1) year in county jail, and/or
-A fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000).

I think if Jenner pleaded guilty, she would probably be more likely to get probation and a fine. But, if she goes to trial and gets convicted, it might mean some jail time. She could get a year, but serve considerably less.

Since she has civil suits pending against her, she might not plead guilty and admit fault.

We'll see.
Surprised to hear that Bruce is a smoker.

I didn't picture that.

I personally think if someone is careless enough to recklessly cause the death of another person, regardless of intent, they should do time.

Because he still has his shlong, he should serve with the hardened criminals at Alcatraz, or San Quentin, or Attica. Something along those lines.

I'm okay with opening it JUST for him (and a few others) for a year.
Remember Midnight Express? That's where I wish they'd send Jenner.
Is the show he/she started still on?
I've never even heard of "cisgenders", and "neuter persons", and "binary people".

Lore Graham, who identifies as neither male nor female, was born as a woman but didn't feel any gender was a perfect 'fit'.

Up until recently, Lore lived as a feminine cisgender girl - meaning, Lore was biologically a girl and also projected as one. But that lifestyle never felt quite right, and being a typical 'girl' wasn't a perfect fit.

This summer, the Bostonian and self-described 'androgynous, neuter person' underwent an elective double mastectomy and hysterectomy within the span of about a month in order to 'harmonize' brain and body.

'I felt weird having breasts and I despised my body’s ability to get pregnant,' Lore explained.

Lore, whose partner, Q, is also binary, is relieved and happy to finally have a body that feels right.

Bad news for you, MS.

Prosecutors announced today that they won't be charging Jenner. They say there is not evidence to secure a conviction, even on a misdemeanor charge.

So, looks like she's off he hook, criminally. Jenner officially/legally changed name and gender last week in court.

But, she's facing lawsuits for recklessness by the step-children of the woman who was killed in the accident, along with another driver who was hit.

Jenner's lawyers are trying to prevent her from having to give sworn testimony in those civil suits.

I think this might be the most dramatic gender transition that I've seen. It involves a former U.S. Marine who fought in Iraq and Afghanistan and was a married father when he decided to come out as a woman and transition genders in 2012.

BEFORE -- Matthew Avedian, 33, of Austin, Texas

AFTER -- Sona Avedian

I've read the stories of two former Navy Seals who also transitioned genders and they're pretty similar. They also say they were leading extremely macho high-achieving lives to compensate for identifying as women. Bruce Jenner described the same experience before he transitioned.

Woooo. That's some transition!
Wow, Sona is the best transition I think I've ever seen! She looks like a she.

Bruce still looks like Bruce, not a Caitlyn.

You can now go to jail if you refer to her as Bruce or he or him.

What a douche.
If I went to jail over that I'd be really pissed.

I know you can go to jail in Germany and Canada for talking shit about the jews, but Bruce Jenner? This is a new low for America.

You can't go to jail for referring to a she as a he or vice versa. C'mon!
I would give you my [Image: get-out-of-jail-free-card.jpg] even if it was my last one.

I know, I was joking. I don't think MS was though.
Why is she a douche, MS?
I saw him a couple of times as a man on the Kardashian show and I thought he was the only one that didn't act like a douche. Maybe he's a douche now that he's a woman, I don't know. I thought the photo shoots were over the top though.
