I really didn't see anything wrong with what I posted but believe whatever I said would be attacked in retrospect, it was to soon after the defeat of their ideology. What may be needed here is a "participation" trophy.

The young teen girls did not allow themselves to be abused because they wanted gold medals, as you appeared to suggest.
And, there's no evidence whatsoever that the girls' parents allowed their children to be sexually abused because they cared more about gold medals than they cared about their daughters, as you claim.
The parents of the girls are more similar to the parents of boys abused by Catholic priests -- the abuser was in a highly trusted position and was assisted (wittingly and sometimes unwittingly) in serial abusing by Church officials. The Catholic parents weren't responsible for the abuse of their little boys either.
No women's movement or political party led to Nassar's reputation being smeared, as you believe is the case with Kavanaugh.
None of which has anything to do with 'the defeat of ideology' or Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation. That's the point.

I'm debating the points of what YOU posted and you're playing 'male victim' and acting as if you never said it. The only display of tender sensibilities (or anything like that, at least) is coming from you.
Here's what you posted, again:
The womans movement is great and it did put Nassar away after diddling 300 Olympiad hopefuls. Even though they did report the findings the hope of getting a gold medal was more powerful. Much like a starlet lettin Weinstien use his power to get sex. Why didn't they report him? Because the end product would be worth it. I believe 98% of men are respectful of women but thats my belief. Hopefully more women stand up and voice their outrage louder in the future.
You reference 300 Olympiad hopefuls and say that getting a gold medal was more powerful than reporting being molested/assaulted (or 'diddled', in your mind). No mention of 'adults' or 'grown ups'.
You do not mention the girls' parents, who you later claimed you were clearly blaming in that post instead of the girls (though the parents were conned and victimized as well).
You do not mention the Olympic and University staff or any other adults who received dozens of reports about Nassar and either didn't investigate enough to know he was lying or looked the other way, though you now claim you were clearly blaming 'adults' or 'grown ups' in that post.
You only mention the Olympiads and compare the situation to starlets who you insist 'let Weinstein get sex from them' in exchange for rewards and then lied about it. How does that relate to Nassar and his victims?

He said they reported it. He doesn't say to who but I imagine it would be to an adult.Who the fuck else would they have reported to? And obviously the adults they reported it to didn't give a shit. You are definitely twisting his words around.

"Report the findings". Findings sounds to me like the results of the investigation, which were reported widely, not a child telling a parent or other adult about feeling violated.
And, I pointed out straight off that dozens of the girls told adults at the Olympic Committee, University, or their parents. That's when Mags said he blames the parents not the girls.
In any case, I don't think anything that happened with Nassar is comparable to the Kavanaugh allegations and aftermath (nor the Weinstein accusers).

No, many of the parents confronted Nassar or reported it at the time.
Unfortunately, Nassar was a good liar, a respected gymnastics doctor/official, and was able to convince parents and officials that it was 'medical technique' when it was really just molestation (to which he later confessed).
Some of the officials probably knew (or should have known) that Nassar was full of shit after the complaints started piling up and didn't bother to get to the bottom of it because they wanted to win. I agree with that. 5 or 6 of them were fired, some are being sued, and I believe one was charged.

I'm not that much of a nitwit and will just move on and forget about it. Sometimes you just read into things to much.

Nassar wasn't falsely accused. His demise had nothing to do with politics. He wasn't a victim of women's movements. There's no protest regarding Nassar underway.
You were attempting to make a point. What was it?
