The jury is deadlocked, will he walk or will he get canned? I bet he walks.
I think he will probably walk, at least with this jury
I think there will be a mistrial due to deadlock. Not sure if he will be re-tried. This jury has so many questions. and all news outlets are comparing this to other more serious cases that came to end after less deliberation.
I still feel it has a lot to do with the starstruck syndrome. So many juries see only the public persona (in this case the Jello pudding eating dad) and cannot or will not separate that from the private persona
I do not doubt for a minute that he did all the shit they say he did.
The problem comes in that it took her 10 years to report it, people just don't think that it mattered all that much of it took so long to report.
