Any suggestions? A TV chef showed how to wrap it in tented foil to cook in the oven but he didn't say at what temp or for how long.

Me too! They were stringy but thanks to all the ghee I used, they were very tasty. That's one good thing about keto, you need to eat a lot of fat.
