I just made 2 ingredient bagels.

Greek yogurt and self-rising flour.

I had to make my own flour. I used oat flour and added baking soda and salt. I will make these again but with toppings.

Savory mostly, seeds or onion/garlic/cheese.

I saw the idea on tik tok and had to try it out!
I could go for one of those bagels right now. I am starving.

I made a new batch today. I put seeds on 12 of them. Also I used Namaste perfect flour (gluten free) and again had to add baking soda and salt to it. I am interested how this flour will turn out I have lots of it.
I'm doing a little baking now.
Baking some chocolate chip cookies today.
Ooohhhhh warm chocolate chip cookies.

Yes.
I used applesauce instead of butter
Added flax seeds (not too many)
and some cacao powder.
They are sooo good and everyone I have shared them with has loved them.
