Wow every time I look at that picture of him crying it makes me sad. I am glad to know he won't have to suffer anymore and that his death is not being investigated, that is the least that could be done, however it happened.

I too am glad that his death is not being investigated (though a bit surprised, unless the pneumonia was documented by his doctor).
Mr. Nicklinson deserves to rest in peace, and his family deserves to live in it.

I read that he had also refused food since last week, so no doubt escalating his illness.
