RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 08-06-2020 Ho made chicken soup. It's actually unseasonably cool here this week. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 08-18-2020 Last night, iceberg, spinach, carrots, celery, green onion, radish, eggs, nuts, craisins and bread croutons with my fave dressing. RE: what's for dinner? - Clang McFly - 08-18-2020 Probably nothing for dinner tonight. I'm eating wings, fries, and some ice cream for my birthday lunch. RE: what's for dinner? - MirahM - 08-18-2020 I had a bowl of cereal with a scoop of ice cream on top. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 08-18-2020 What kind of cereal? Tonight I got some of that chinese bbq pork that people eat w/ mustard and sesame seeds. And another bowl of ice cream. (No cereal) RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 08-18-2020 i just had a bowlful of raw radish, celery and carrots no dipping sauce. Wild goats eat better, i did buy three 80 percent dark chocolate bars at sprouts. Never shopped there before, got some avocado, beet juice, ezekiel bread, and this... Couldn't find any hot mustard. RE: what's for dinner? - MirahM - 08-19-2020 beet juice- do you drink it straight or put it in a smoothie/juice mix? RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 08-19-2020 I mixed it with some green juice. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 08-19-2020 Good stuff, the beets I just steamed and cubed are a bit earthy. RE: what's for dinner? - MirahM - 08-19-2020 I like beets. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 08-19-2020 I've been forgetting to put them in my salads. Ice cream on top of cocoa puffs sounds really good RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 08-21-2020 That 80% cocoa bar is wack, i've had tastier baking chocolate! RE: what's for dinner? - sally - 08-21-2020 Yeah, but it's healthier for you. I just ordered some 95% dark chocolate. I dont even like chocolate, I just got it because supposedly it supports a healthy blood pressure which mine is not. I also ordered some nitric oxide organic beet powder. Not only does it lower blood pressure, but it enhances your workouts and also your sexual performance. I dont have that problem, but the rest of you may want to look into it. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 08-21-2020 I'm reaching my peak, no need here maybe in a few years. I have the opposite issue, but it doesn't seem to affect me yet. I don't get light headed or dizzy, apparently that's a side effect of it being much too low. |
