RE: what's for dinner? - Duchess - 09-09-2020 (09-08-2020, 03:30 PM)cannongal Wrote: Frozen 3 color cheese tortellini I have a question, is the Greek dressing necessary or can it be a personal preference? I have Olive Garden house Italian and I'm wondering if I can use that in place of the Greek dressing. It should be fine, right? I'm not someone who should experiment in the kitchen. Greek is a personal preference for me. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 09-09-2020 I bet. RE: what's for dinner? - Duchess - 09-12-2020 I'm having cheese & crackers, some grapes and a couple gherkin pickles. Aren't y'all green with envy? RE: what's for dinner? - Duchess - 09-12-2020 Please, baby Jesus, please let them detect the sarcasm. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 09-12-2020 Gherkin pickles... RE: what's for dinner? - Clang McFly - 09-12-2020 Better than merkin pickles....not better than jerkin' your pickle. RE: what's for dinner? - sally - 09-12-2020 I love a little gherkin pickle with a chunk of cheddar. And rye bread. It goes so well together. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 09-12-2020 Hot pickled sliced carrots rock. RE: what's for dinner? - Maggot - 09-12-2020 I would puke but my stomach is empty. RE: what's for dinner? - cannongal - 09-12-2020 Did you try the tortellini with the house Italian? RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 09-12-2020 Grilled Beef rib steaks and baked POE TAY TOES. No, not yet, but I intend to just as soon as I have everything I need. I copied the recipe, it's sitting right here. I should probably put it in my handbag. RE: what's for dinner? - MirahM - 09-13-2020 My sister is visiting and brought the makings for fish tacos last night. Soooooo goood. RE: what's for dinner? - Maggot - 09-13-2020 I don't understand why more people don't pickle stuff. It's harvest season and it's real easy. I'm doing some pickles this week and if I can find some fresh beets I will do those too. RE: what's for dinner? - sally - 09-13-2020 I dont know how to pickle anything. It couldn't be that hard, I know you need pickling spice, vinegar and a jar. I've just never tried it before for some reason. I have 10 huge beets in the back of my fridge because that damn Misfits Market keeps sending them to me, I dont know how many fucking beets they think I need. I can mail them to you, Maggot. Pickle them and then send them back to me. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 09-13-2020 You just soak it in cider. |
