My school uniform was a navy blue pair of dress pants with shoes (not sneakers) a white or light blue shirt, a navy blue tie, and a blue jacket or sweater in the winter. For 8 yrs. Then it was Green and yellow for H.S. same thing with a tie. I cheated with a clip on until 5^th grade. I AM THE POWERRRRRRRRRR!!!!

Yeah.....the girls wore red and brown checker dresses with black shoes and a white blouse. I think there was 23 kids in my 8^th grade graduation and maybe 140 in my high school one.

You obviously aren't a single working parent or you would know there are sometimes you just can't be there...early morning meetings and such...plus, you'd like to think you can trust the kid not to walk out of the house looking like a freaking trollip.

Thankfully that wasn't ever a problem with my daughters...i had issues just not that one. I have a colleague I'm very close to. Her daughter was only 3 when my 3 were all in their teens...now her daughter is 14 and mine are basically fine Fine as you can be with life....anyway, her kid its so sad. Put that shes bi-sexual on her facebook page, has gained 40 pounds, found a note discussing getting more hard drugs. She and her husband have found suicide threatening notes, flunked 8^th grade, her humongous boobs hang out of her tight lowcut tops, even reported her mom to DSS for slapping her after she got in his face and told him to fuck off...I hope she gets better with maturity but is worrisome.

Mine just stuck to pot and booze but there sure was plenty of that...when people used to ask how my kids were when they were 16, 18 and 20...i'd say "there's a whole lot of drugs, sex and rockin roll going on at our house and my husband and I aren't getting any of it". Tthank God though they are now in 30s and reasonably non screwed up people. Ha ha.

I don't know that this father is a single parent. Just that she called her Dad. Could be he is the lesser of two evils in the parent department. But he was pissed. Both parents could have been getting ready for work or one already left. Who knows? But the girl knew when she left for school that she wouldn't get away with that dress. She should have put some jeans or shorts in her backpack knowing she would have to change.
