Just wanted to add for the non-Americans on here (Fryguy) that we already celebrate the 4^th of July as a nation and there's already a parade and fireworks at the National Mall in DC.  He's trying to take credit for something that already exists, just like the barrier/fence/wall that's being upgraded with money that Obama approved.
