Mid life crisis (or phenomenon)

People only really freak out about middle age when they stopped developing mentally/emotionally at a young age. It freaks them out to see middle age in the mirror when they are still as stupid as they always were.

I know some very attractive people over 40, inside and out. They are comfortable in their own skin and like the wisdom a little age brings. I had some crazy fun times when I was younger, and occasionally now, but I really enjoy life as much now as I ever did ~ maybe more. While there aren't as many highs, there also aren't as many lows. Age mellows you.
