At least they are going to get a trial now, as opposed to sitting and rotting in a concentration camp with no charges against them.

Bush said we are going to kick some ass, we kicked some ass.

But He's not the President anymore.

Obama is, again no trial is needed, they are enemy soldiers. they can be held as enemy combatants until the war is over.

I know you would like to avoid that little fact because it turns you into an even bigger idiot, but hell I don't mind making sure you get all the credit you deserve.
