Because your ancestors owned slaves and even though none of the blacks alive today have suffered racism they think they should? or else their position is unjustifiable.
you know I would bet that if I worked for the Indians(which I do) I would be subject their hiring policy(which Iam) that a tribal member has prefernce, and if a tribal member wants my job all they have to do is say so.
