The Egyptian Museum escapes grave robbers

Thieves have stolen Chinese artifacts worth at least £18 million from a Cambridge University museum.

The 18 ‘culturally significant’ works were taken from the Fitzwilliam Museum.

Each piece in the haul dating from the Qing and Ming dynasties as far back as the 14^th century is estimated to be worth around £1million.
