Used to be when I was working. Now, it's just another day!

The only two times I was ever laid off during my entire career was on Friday the 13th, both times.

And I was joking about it on the second Friday the 13th, that the only time I ever got laid off was on Friday the 13th,
that was "before" I got laid off the second time, on that same Friday the 13th day! hah
