I totally get all that.

Is there a difference when a white male can walk the streets with an open carry verses a black male?


Just asking for a friend.

There's plenty of black folk I'd be perfectly OK with having an OCP, and plenty of white folk that I wouldn't at all be OK with having an OCP.

Tell your friend I said hello. 

It doesn't really matter if you are okay with it or not. Its the ones doing the shooting.

There ARE black folk who have OCP's.
