Have you ever eaten a fresh currant though, not those old, dried up things that look like Clang's testes.

I don't know what one looks like. Raisins are dried grapes, what are currants?

I guess the currants they sell in the US are a variation of a dried grape, but a true currant is related to a gooseberry. I've never given so much thought to currants before. Thank you, Duchess.
