Try watching those programmes.  Notice where i said that pilots ignore AI warnings routinely.  Its been some years since i saw that programme so i cant remember the fine print.  Was  the  pilot a freaking idiot?, you bet. 

AI failures on planes are not uncommon.    The remakable complexity of electronics on planes is mindblowing, that not only do things go seriously wrong, but finding out why is almost indecipherable.  The French jet that went down in mid atlantic was because the thing that told the pilot where the plane was in the air went wonky.

Losing all on board, it pulled up just too late.

Piggy, what objective does your Village have in mind, that is keeping you in the hole and continuing to dig deeper and deeper?

Again, your last "example" emphasizes human error and not AI (it was a mechanical sensor failure . . . not programming).

Your conception mirrors the same catastrophe.

Be it by AI (Artificial Insemination) or a lazy John, the error of not "pulling out" in time, while inside your mother, has now caused you to fail in all aspects of life.
