I was a vegetarian in the 90s but I don't think my diet was balanced and I was craving meat in the end. Nowadays, I have been iron deficient and vitamin d. I think if you can afford micro macro vegan organic chef in the kitchen menu then go for it. I am just an ordinary working class person that is battling like everyone else. I don't eat much meat. I live with stomach issues so I don't eat much anyway, but as you get older as you know Cars diet is really important. You can't fool around like when you were young.
