I'd stand with liberal Christians if they stood up against the corporate lawyers in the Democratic Party. Get rid of the corporate lawyers and the party could serve the interests of the American people. You can't serve opposing interests and that's why the Democratic party is too weak to defeat the religious extremists. It's beholden to interests that do not care about ordinary people.

I get that people want to believe that the Democratic Party = the good guys, but the corporate interests that control it favor fascism over democracy.

It's the corporate lawyers that fucked us over, not the religious extremists.
