Engine is back together and runs well, so I decide to spray some wire dryer sealant around my new plugs and wires so a puddle doesn't screw me up and my D-123 from 1973 had no propellant so me in my infinite wisdom decided to drill out the top of the can with a ³⁄₈ bit (don't ask me why I used that size) because it was still full so I could pour it into the empty formula 409 that I just washed out to spray on the wires. Then the fun started. The second that bit penetrated the inner workings of that can I remembered that most 40 yr old cans of aerosol still had 20% in them. That can jumped out of my hand, spun on the floor and knocked over my broom that knocked over my last beer. And that..............is the tragedy.
