The Turkish pro-government media is citing Khashoggi's Apple Watch (which Duchess mentioned upthread) as the source for the audio evidence.
I think you're right about all consulates having at least surveillance video as well, though Turkey was initially being cautious about acknowledging and releasing it.
Will be interesting to see where this goes.
