Trial Underway
The trial of Patrick Frazee for the murder of Kelsey Berreth began this week.

As expected, Frazee and the Defense are pointing the finger at his after-the-fact accomplice and ex-lover Krystal Lee McKinney (bottom right).
McKinney is the Prosecution's key witness. With no body or forensic evidence against Frazee, McKinney's account of what went down is crucial to securing a conviction.
The Defense will try to poke holes in McKinney's credibility by reminding the jury over and over that she originally lied to the FBI and told them she'd never heard of Patrick Frazee or Kelsey Berreth.
