       This subject has been open for debate for some time.
 

1. Some advocate that  teachers should be responsible for their student’s low test scores. Others, on the other hand, claim that pupils’ awareness and learning attitude affect their learning ability, and testing performance. I am inclined to lean towards the latter. WHAT SAY YOU? Do you feel teachers and school policies should be held accountable?
