The Constitution and the Bill of Rights were designed as living documents whose sole purpose was to protect us and our descendants from tyrannical leaders trying to usurp and keep power BY STRIPPING AWAY OUR LIBERTIES. Read a fucking book why dontcha? Start with the actual documents you're trying to dismiss, then move on the Federalist Papers

It is the first public announcement since flying to Russia on the 23rd of June where he has applied for asylum.
The former CIA analyst, who is holed up in a Moscow airport hotel, is wanted by the US on charges of espionage.
He says president Obama is putting pressure on the countries from which he has requested political asylum.
