My shoulder is wrecked from picking olives.

My elbows and feet hurt, but that might be due from my stupid dogs dragging me down the road for two miles every time I walk them. Their asses are gonna get shock collars. They weigh more than me between the two of them and they are not well behaved on walks.

I fucking hurt from sitting too much. Now that the busy summer season is over I am doing all the computer work and paperwork I neglected. I actually lowered my standing desk so I can sit in a regular chair. My body hurts worse from this than all the lifting I did over the summer.
