RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE IN 2016 US ELECTION & SPIN-OFF INVESTIGATIONS
What do John Kerry and 4 jailed people have to do with the crimes that Flynn committed?

4- Sullivan has asked for the redated 302 document from the FBI " another judge in 2006 ordered Meullar to release another one or get charged with contemp for Meullars involvement with 4 people in jail that were eventually awarded 100 million dollars for wrongful imprisonment"

Wrong.

"There is no evidence that the assertion is true. I was the federal judge who presided over a successful lawsuit brought against the government by two of those men and the families of the other two, who had died in prison. Based on the voluminous evidence submitted in the trial, and having written a 105-page decision awarding them $101.8 million, I can say without equivocation that Mr. Mueller, who worked in the United States attorney’s office in Boston from 1982 to 1988, including a brief stint as the acting head of the office, had no involvement in that case. He was never even mentioned."

The judge also asked the prosecutors if they had considered charging Flynn with treason.

“All along, you were an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the National Security Advisor to the President of the United States. That undermines everything this flag over here stands for. Arguably you sold your country out."

Did he walked that back? He did didn't he? Are you pretending he didn't?

Judge Sullivan addressed some of the statements he made at Flynn's sentencing hearing after Duchess reported them real-time.

Sullivan acknowledged it was inaccurate of him to label Flynn “an unregistered agent of a foreign country, while serving as the national security adviser to the president of the United States.”

Flynn was not yet in that role when he was serving as an unregistered/paid lobbying agent for Turkey.  Flynn was instead acting as a campaign adviser to Trump at the time.

Sullivan also clarified his questions about whether Flynn had committed treason. “I’m not suggesting Flynn committed treason", Sullivan said. “I was just trying to determine the benefit and the generosity of the government. Don’t read too much into the questions I ask.”

In any case, Sullivan will determine what sentence will be handed down when the postponed sentencing hearing resumes.  He set a status update hearing for March 13, at which point prosecutors will report to Sullivan on the extent of Flynn’s cooperation in other ongoing investigations.

Flynn is getting squeezed by the government for every penny he has. Meullar has the American peoples money to back him. everyone else has their own. Meullar knows this and this is one of the reasons Flynn wants it over no matter what.

Meullar was most definitely involved in this. He is doing it again. No matter the opinion of another hack. There are documents that people have seen that mysteriously can not be found today.

Based on the crime that Meullar says Flynn committed, the "logan act" Kerry has done the same thing. Different laws for different people in America these days. It does set a precedent though and the cheerleaders in these attacks on the President are quite short sighted IMO.

How about you elaborate a little so that those of us who are interested enough can go find some background so we can figure out what you're talking about.

Jesus Christ, the judge himself said Mueller had nothing to do with that. Is he lying too? You know more than the judge?

Talk about Trump Derangement Syndrome. You cultists are unable to see how anything to do with Trump might be corrupt.

Mueller did not charge Flynn with violating the Logan Act.

He charged Flynn with lying to the FBI.

If John Kerry was lobbying on behalf of foreign governments without registering as a foreign agent and then lied repeatedly about it to the FBI, he too would be subject to criminal charges.

The never Trumper are liars and all completely immoral.

You are Duchess. Sweeping statements like the one quoted by me and by you are both dishonest and silly, so best not made

Jesus Christ.

Every Mock member, including the forum's owner, of course,  should post whatever fucking statements he/she sees fit, as far as I'm concerned.

Very minimally restricted freedom of expression is one of the most appealing aspects of Mock.

Members who disagree with statements made by other members are free to call them out or post counter opinions, if they so desire.

Mock doesn't advocate that its members self-censor, and Mock certainly doesn't need any member attempting to censor or define the type of expression that's best for other members.

Roger Stone is under some real pressure these days.

Stone settled a defamation lawsuit on Monday, admitting and apologizing for making false statements about a Chinese businessman on the right-wing conspiracy website Infowars.

Stone reached a settlement with exiled Chinese businessman Guo Wengui, who is seeking asylum in the US. Guo, who also goes by the name Miles Kwok, fled China after using social media to make allegations of corruption against China's political elite.

Guo filed a defamation lawsuit against Stone in March, arguing that Stone had made false statements about him from around September 2017 to January 2018. Stone falsely claimed that Guo was found guilty and convicted of financial crimes in the US, violated election law by making political donations to Hillary Clinton, and bankrolled a presidential run by former White House adviser Steve Bannon.

In the settlement, Stone apologized and retracted his comments about Guo.  All of these statements are not true," Stone said, adding that he "failed to do proper research before making those statements."

Instead of paying $100 million in damages, Stone is required to post the apology and retraction on his social media accounts, as well as his personal website.

His statement will be published in advertisements placed in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. He will also send his statement to Infowars for airing.

And, today, it was revealed that Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller asked the House Intelligence Committee on Friday for an official transcript of Trump adviser Roger Stone’s testimony, a sign that prosecutors could be moving to charge him with a crime.

Devin Nunes currently heads the Committee and may stall or attempt to deny Mueller access to the conflicting testimonies Stone provided.

However, Adam Schiff, who takes over the Committee next month, has indicated that he believes there is very good reason to suspect that Stone lied to Congress and that Mueller should have access to the transcripts.

There are plenty of things we should do and it has nothing do with if we can or if it's legal.

You could punch a wall repeatedly but SHOULD you. Well why not? Is it censoring to advise someone they shouldn't.

Duchess and everyone here could make whatever remarks they like but if they make really silly and transparently dishonest statements, they can do it but whether it is especially good idea is another matter.

Making sweeping statement about all people of a collective is a hard burrow to push uphill and likely to expose yourself rather too easily to your ideas being biased, stereotyped, ill-thought out, stupid and dishonest. Not to say you CAN'T do this but is it a fantastic idea? Probably not.

I'm okay with you and anyone else thinking I'm biased, stereotyped and ill thought out.

I felt comfortable making that all inclusive statement because if trump supporters cared about facts & lies THEY WOULDN'T BE TRUMP SUPPORTERS.
