I recently heard someone say that while she didn't have a lot of money she did have some that she pissed away every month and she was going to start taking it and donating to the campaigns of those running against some of those people. I have concerns about the U.S. seemingly preparing for a war or 'military conflict' with Iran.

I really don't want to see the U.S., no doubt with support and maybe enthusiasm from Saudi Arabia and Israel and Iraq-hawk John Bolton (National Security Advisor), going there unless there is truly a legitimate and verifiable threat to U.S. national security.  

It would be terrible to launch another fatal fiasco like our invasion of Iraq, which was based on pure bullshit allegations and a misinformation campaign by the U.S. government to garner support from U.S. citizens and our allies.

Hopefully, Congress will do its job on this front and has learned from the lessons of the past.

I don't want war as well. However if it is inevitable we should do it before they get nukes. Iran and Irag fought to a stalemate for years, we went in a kicked the Iraqi militaries ass in weeks. Iran is stupid.

A British army general addressed this and straight up said "there's been no increased threat from Iranian-backed forces in Iraq and Syria". He went on to say that measures in place to protect US and coalition forces are completely satisfactory. trump needs to get control of his friggin' staff and they all need to get their act together. There is no valid threat.
