Remember when those guys took over that park out in the middle of nowhere's and there were maybe 8 of them and they took over some cabin and the FBI circled them and for maybe a month they were holed up and eventually gave up. Well is this Seattle group of nutcases the same? How long will they be allowed to walk around and harass businesses and paint everything with guns slung over their shoulders? Will they be starved out? Will their internet be shut down, the electricity.

Will it end with violence? I think Trump should just sit back and let them take care of it. there are no cops there so some strongman will come out to become their leader. that is until a stronger person takes them out and takes over. It certainly is an interesting experiment of liberal lunacy.

I do not think it will end well in any event. Wadaya think.

I hadn't even heard about it, it does indeed sound horrifying. Community gardens, plenty of customers for nearby businesses, it " has a festival-like energy where people are peacefully gathering and discussing how to better the world in an experiment of a society without police amid calls around the country to "defund" departments.

There's a few of them out there that have been edited to add images of gun toting thugs. FOX was presenting a few of them as factual news.

So who is that guy and did they photoshop the gun in his hand? That's pretty good, I'd like to see Zero do that.

You heard wrong, I just read it is authentic although there are some other digitally altered photos going around of the same guy.

time is very short; we are entering the end game.

it is 1932 in Seattle; for those uneducated in history, this will be the outcome.

I don't know who he is, Sal, I simply saw a couple headlines, I didn't read the story & at the time I wasn't really aware of what is going on in Seattle. I know a little more now, enough to think there has been some exaggeration of the hate & violence. I found this story from a local news organization out there.

This digitally manipulated image was published on the Fox News homepage on June 12 with stories about Seattle. The image combines scenes from a June 10 photograph from Capitol Hill with two May 30 images from downtown.

Fox News published digitally altered and misleading photos on stories about Seattle’s Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ) in what photojournalism experts called a clear violation of ethical standards for news organizations.

As part of a package of stories Friday about the zone, where demonstrators have taken over several city blocks on Capitol Hill after Seattle police abandoned the East Precinct, Fox’s website for much of the day featured a photo of a man standing with a military-style rifle in front of what appeared to be a smashed retail storefront.
The image was actually a mashup of photos from different days, taken by different photographers — it was done by splicing a Getty Images photo of an armed man, who had been at the protest zone June 10, with other images from May 30 of smashed windows in downtown Seattle. Another altered image combined the gunman photo with yet another image, making it appear as though he was standing in front of a sign declaring “You are now entering Free Cap Hill.”

Yeah, the picture is genuine but it's being photoshopped into a variety of situations.  hah
